Throughout my years of providing professional WordPress development, I’ve worked with those who know WordPress well, and those who are terrified of anything to do with the wp-admin. If you’re in the latter group, there’s nothing to be embarrassed about.
Navigating your WordPress website can be frustrating. Opening your wp-admin to check yesterday’s sales reports only to be greeted to a blank white screen induces panic as quickly as your browser renders that empty screen of nothingness. What’s happening? Your website is down, and you’re losing traffic and money as a result. You frantically try to recall your last moves to figure out what you may have done to bring things to this lowly state. Stumped, you turn to Google and any number of help questions on Stack Overflow. Maybe you figure it out. But how much time have you just spent?
Knowing What’s At Stake
I put my kids in my vehicle. A lot is at stake when I get on the road. It’s critical that vehicle run as expected. Therefore, I leave it in the hands of expert mechanics instead of my buddy who tinkers with rims.
How about your website? Do you use it to make a living? If it crashes, will you lose anything – sales, leads, traffic? What will your viewers think when your website doesn’t work?
Value for My Clients
Have we worked together before? If we have, wonderful! If not, welcome!
For all of my clients, past, present, and future, I decided to craft this “Value Proposition” to explain a bit about the value I seek to provide. I’m doing this because I’m not the cheapest WordPress developer you can find. In fact, I’m more on the pricier side. Sure, you can go with another “developer” who will charge you $20 per hour, but before you do, let me leave you with this…
If you think it’s expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.
Paul Neal “Red” Adair
What I want my clients to know is what they’re getting for their money. After all, I understand when it comes as a shock to someone who was expecting to spend $500 on a project, and they receive an estimate of $2,000.
The most important thing I can convey is that I don’t sell code. I’m not a machine that assembles blocks of code to do what you want.
Instead, I provide a comprehensive solution to address your painpoints, fix your troubles, and improve your work. Now, what does that mean?
Development
When I take on your project, it’s because I know how to do it. If I didn’t know how to do it, I wouldn’t take it. I don’t wing it. You can’t afford the risk, and I can’t afford to waste time.
Just love to work with him. Will hire him again & again for my future projects. Go ahead with your good work Ren Ventura!

Dedication
After every launch, I dedicate 2 full days of round-the-clock watch and availability to immediately address any problems. Think of me as the housewarming guest who is helping you transition into new, unknown surroundings.
Ren was quick to respond and extremely fast to help resolve a custom plugin issue we were having within a couple hours. This issue would have delayed our web launch, but Ren came through. Will use him again. Thanks

Perspective
Every project begins with a thorough discovery session to determine the scope and requirements. From there, it continues with regular updates, and discussions to refine details. The journey wraps up with testing, revisions, reviewing, launch, and support.
First and foremost, you and I are partners. We tag-team your project together, and you are involved every step of the way. That said, I will not “yes” you to death. You hire me for knowing my stuff, and knowing it well. If I feel a particular aspect of the project will have adverse effects, I will recommend against it. I’ll inform you of different solutions, along with the the pros and cons of each. If I don’t offer additional perspective, I’m not doing my job.
Ren was incredibly quick and efficient with his solution, as well as bringing to my attention other potential pitfalls that I might face with the project so that they could be addressed. Will definitely seek him out again for more WooCommerce customisation!

Communication
Many developers aren’t great communicators. The profession is introverted by nature, and a lot of developers don’t know how to interact with clients. This is why agencies employ project managers. I’m my own project manager. It’s just better that way!
Ren had a good understanding of the requirement and the options available and had excellent communication and questioning skills.

Quality
Behind the scenes, I work to make sure that your project is built in a way that not only works, but is efficient, performant, scalable, and clean. Remember the quote I shared above about paying a professional now? That quote really applies here. You’re not paying for something that will hog your system’s resources and slow your website to a crawl. The quality of the architecture represents the quality of the service.
Ren was a champion. He finished ahead of time – on budget and quality code! Highly recommended.
